Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited services. You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout.

Processing Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 5 business days after order confirmation, excluding Hong Kong public holidays. Please note that during periods of high order volume, such as new launches, promotions, or sales, there may be delays in the shipping of certain orders. Saturdays, Sundays, and Hong Kong public holidays are not considered working days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Delivery Time: Delivery times vary based on the shipping method chosen and your location.

Hong Kong Orders:
We provide SF Express delivery, typically delivering within 2 to 3 Days.

International Orders:
We recommend DHL for quicker and safer shipments, usually taking 3 to 5 Business Days.
Alternatively, we offer a more economical delivery service, Surface Parcel through Hongkong Post, with an estimated delivery time of 63 - 105 Business Days (9 to 15 Weeks). Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination. Any applicable duties and taxes will also be added to your order total.

Customs Duties & Taxes: We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipments to countries outside of Hong Kong SAR may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are not included in the product prices or shipping charges. You will be the importer of record in your destination country and are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.
Return & Exchange Policy

No Returns or Exchanges: Please note that we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on any products. All sales are final.

Cancellations: Once an order is confirmed, the sale is final and cannot be altered or cancelled.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Upon reporting damaged items, please include up to 4 detailed images of the product and the documentation that arrived with the order. We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. We do not accept or assume any responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods while in transit from the customer.
